L’Oréal x suncare narratives
L’Oréal wants to explore opportunities in the suncare space, in which it is largely absent. This project demanded a 15 page deck, focused on research, to answer the following questions.
1) what are the cultural drivers and important narratives around sun and sun care today that impact how consumers understand this space and make decisions?
2) what are consumers’ relationships to sun care/protection? What is their approach to and level of knowledge about this category? How do they see the category? What are the key drivers and barriers to use? Is there a greater preference for 2-in-1 product or a standalone SPF/UV offering? What about format?
